1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by B-Tech Consulting LLC. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

2. Nature of Services

B-Tech Consulting LLC provides digital services including:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Digital marketing and consulting

All services are intangible and delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical products.

3. Service Engagement Process

Our process is simple and structured:

  • You submit requirements via website, email, or consultation
  • We review and send a proposal (scope, timeline, pricing)
  • Upon approval, work begins
  • Deliverables are shared at each milestone

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or approved providers. We do not store payment details.

4.2 Billing Structure

Projects are milestone-based. You are invoiced only after delivery and approval of each milestone.

4.3 Payment Authorization

By making a payment, you confirm you are authorized and agree to the project terms.

4.4 Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear as B-Tech Consulting LLC on your bank statement.

4.5 Payment Due Date

Invoices must be paid within 15 days. Late payments may result in delays or service suspension.

5. Pricing & Scope Changes

All pricing is agreed before work begins. Any change in scope may result in:

  • Additional cost
  • Extended timeline
  • Revised agreement

 

6. Delivery of Services

6.1 Delivery Method

All deliverables are shared via:

  • Email
  • Google Drive
  • Live links

 

6.2 Delivery Timelines

Timelines depend on project scope and are defined in your agreement.

6.3 Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late client feedback
  • Missing content
  • Third-party issues

 

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements
  • Share content and assets on time
  • Respond promptly
  • Review and approve deliverables

Failure to do so may cause delays or additional charges.

 

8. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are included within the agreed scope.

  • Minor revisions → included
  • Out-of-scope changes → extra charges
  • Major direction changes → new agreement required

 

9. Acceptance of Deliverables

Deliverables are considered accepted if no feedback is received within 5 business days.

After acceptance, additional work may be charged separately.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership Transfer

Ownership is transferred only after full payment is received.

Until then, all work remains property of B-Tech Consulting LLC.

10.2 Third-Party Tools

Third-party tools follow their own licensing terms.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

  • Approved milestones → non-refundable
  • Undelivered work → partial refund possible

We always prioritize resolving issues through revisions first.

• Specific business or marketing results

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. Service Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free service
  • Third-party platform stability

 

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not completed
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

 

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent practices
  • Any violation of laws

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri.

 

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
